Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between aaron witt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mountain Rivera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, aaron witt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mountain Rivera!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rivera shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
witt manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Rivera bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Rivera in particular looking to stall.
witt knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rivera on the ground.

Rivera manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. witt manages to get himself to full guard.

Rivera is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Rivera is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Mountain Rivera.

Rivera feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Rivera shoots in and bounces witt off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as witt accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Rivera thows a huge punch but witt dodges it nicely.

Rivera turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Rivera manages to end up in side control.

Rivera shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. witt is trying to defend but Rivera finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mountain Rivera showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Rivera has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. witt avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

aaron witt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mountain Rivera.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Rivera breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Rivera is going oldschool here, as he tries to force witt to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so witt shrugs it off.
witt is squirming around, avoiding Rivera's attempts to control the action.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
witt tries to reverse the position but Rivera maintains control.

Rivera wants to finish this one by submission but witt is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Rivera.
Rivera is landing with some decent strikes but witt is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
aaron witt has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Rivera fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Mountain Rivera is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

witt manages to reverse the position and now he's in Rivera's guard. Nice work there by witt.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Mountain Rivera.
I've got Rivera winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
