Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Manny Pacyou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ash Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pacyou comes to the cage accompanied by Eye Of Tiger. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Manny Pacyou! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ash Junior! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksandr Martynov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Junior stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Junior wants it to stay on the feet. Pacyou shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Junior as he avoids it easily. Junior displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Pacyou. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Manny Pacyou. That's going to take a lot out of him. Junior connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Junior moves away from the strike by Pacyou. Junior swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Pacyou looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Pacyou shoots in but Junior avoids the takedown attempt easily. Pacyou drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Pacyou scoring with punches to the head and body. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pacyou trying to control but Junior is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Junior striking off his back, scoring a few points. Pacyou sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Junior's guard. Pacyou working over Junior with some ground and pound. Junior looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pacyou stops Junior from getting back to his feet.
Pacyou content to control rather than advance. Pacyou prevents Junior from improving his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Pacyou is thwarting Junior's attempts to control the position. Pacyou slows the pace down in half guard. Junior is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Junior wants to stand back up but Pacyou manages to pass into side control.
Junior is trying to improve his position. Pacyou controlling the position from side mount. Pacyou lands a few punches from side control. Junior looks gassed!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Pacyou content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Junior tries to get back to half guard but can't. Pacyou staying calm. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Pacyou stands up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Manny Pacyou dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Pacyou lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Manny Pacyou seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pacyou decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Pacyou keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Junior is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Junior throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Pacyou manages to pass to side control. Pacyou remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Junior is trying to work for a sweep but Pacyou has mounted him!
That's one minute gone in the round. Pacyou controlling from mount. Junior wants to control but Pacyou is having none of it. Junior is breathing heavily. Pacyou working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Junior turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Pacyou off and cradles Junior's limp body as Pacyou celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Manny Pacyou!
