Gilbert lands with a nice combination. Spencer backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Michael Spencer has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Spencer throws a head kick but Gilbert moves out of range.
Spencer swings for the body but Gilbert moves out of range.
Spencer doesn't manage to clinch there - Gilbert circles away.
Gilbert works Spencer's body with a nice hook.

Gilbert lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Gilbert.
Gilbert scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Gilbert looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Gilbert cracks Spencer with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Gilbert has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Spencer to stand back up!
Spencer is rocked!
Gilbert dances in with a quick combination. Spencer is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Gilbert snaps Spencer's head back. Spencer stumbles backwards against the ropes. Gilbert steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Spencer's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Spencer just didn't come prepared.
