Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Micah Magnum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathan Holden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, Steven Brown and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Magnum looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Magnum shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Holden as he avoids it easily.
Magnum gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Magnum misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Magnum shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Holden looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Holden uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Magnum has time to react.
Holden changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Magnum looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Holden throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Magnum works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Holden is looking to stall here but Magnum recovers full guard.

That's time! Magnum's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

and Magnum counters with a nice double leg into side control. Holden won't be happy with that.
Holden parries the strikes from Magnum easily there. Magnum is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Holden to escape.

You can see the frustration on Holden's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Magnum is trying to get an arm triangle but Holden is defending well.

Magnum postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Magnum creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Holden sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Magnum swings around for an armbar but Holden sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Magnum's guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Magnum is on top in guard.

Magnum working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Holden doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Holden manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Magnum has his feet on Holden's thighs here. He's pushed Holden off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Holden screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
