Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mike Mana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yurgirl Suksmeof (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mike Mana has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Mana!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yurgirl Suksmeof!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mana throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Suksmeof's waist but Suksmeof gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mana off to one side.
Mana looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Mana closes the distance and clinches up with Suksmeof, looking for a takedown. Mana pushes Suksmeof against the cage but Suksmeof circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Mana. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Suksmeof drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Suksmeof chips away with some ground and pound.
Suksmeof showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Mana is trying to control the position but Suksmeof postures up.
Suksmeof cracks Mana with a solid left hand.
Mana wants to stand up but Suksmeof is controlling him.

Suksmeof stands and throws Mana's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Suksmeof's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Suksmeof is working Mana over with some ground and pound from side control.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Suksmeof has eaten all the pies!
Suksmeof happy to just control the position for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Despite being in the dominant position, Yurgirl Suksmeof just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Suksmeof feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Suksmeof slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Mana tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Mana wants to sweep here but Suksmeof controlling him for the moment.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Mana pulls Suksmeof in close to prevent any damage.
Mana controls Suksmeof momentarily but Suksmeof frees himself.
Suksmeof won't allow Mana to sweep him here.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Mana fails with the takedown
so Suksmeof counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Mana knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Suksmeof on the ground.
Mana keeping moving, preventing Suksmeof from controlling successfully.

Suksmeof pushing down on Mana's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Yurgirl Suksmeof dominated that round.
That's time! Mana's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Mana doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Suksmeof counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Suksmeof wants to control from the top but Mana keeps moving.
Mana manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Suksmeof manages to get himself to full guard.
Suksmeof has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Mana off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Suksmeof gets the takedown into side control.
Mana tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Suksmeof working away.
Mana pushes Suksmeof away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Suksmeof gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Suksmeof stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Suksmeof circles away from the clinch attempt
and Suksmeof counters with a nice double leg into side control. Mana won't be happy with that.
Mana tries to get back to half guard but can't.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Suksmeof tries to advance to mount but can't.
Suksmeof wants to control for a moment but Mana uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.
Suksmeof regains full guard. Nicely done.
Suksmeof is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Mana wants to stand and escape but instead Suksmeof has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Mana will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Suksmeof passes to side control.
Mana gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Suksmeof with shots to the head and body - Mana looks very uncomfortable down there.
Mana has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever.
Suksmeof scores with punches from the back.
Mana looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Mana rolls, trying to escape but Suksmeof keeps control of the position.
Mana trying to control the action but Suksmeof just sinks the hooks in.
