The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Pakkanen shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Pakkanen in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Pakkanen is stalling in the full guard.
Pakkanen trying to control the position from guard on top but Johnson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Johnson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Pakkanen wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving.
Johnson pulls Pakkanen in close to his closed guard and prevents Pakkanen from doing any damage or advancing position.
Pakkanen throws a big right hand that misses.

Pakkanen looking to sit in guard and control but Johnson gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Pakkanen has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Johnson should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Pakkanen has tightened it up now! Johnson should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
