Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rufus Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Tucker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Kick out the Jams by The MC5s. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
20 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rufus Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tom Tucker! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tucker takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Lee checks a leg kick. Lee throws a hook to the side of Tucker's head but Tucker sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Tucker swings away with a leg kick that misses. Lee lands a jab to Tucker's midsection. Lee jabs Tucker right on the nose. Tucker blinks but takes it well. Tucker misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Lee counters with a left to the body. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Tucker takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Lee slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Lee misses the shot to the body. Tucker takes a swing at Lee's ribcage but misses. Tucker takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Lee misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tucker.
Lee lands a nice shot that snaps Tucker's head back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Lee cracks Tucker with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Tucker avoids the body shot from Lee.
Tucker connects with a jab. Tucker uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lee. Tucker just misses with a punch to the body.

Lee throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Tucker scores a takedown into full mount! Tucker has control of Lee's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Lee regains control of the situation pretty easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Tucker throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Lee because Tucker loaded up on that one. Tucker trying to control but Lee is having none of it. Tucker unloads with some shots from mount but Lee bucks and avoids them well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tucker punching from mount but Lee doing a good job of avoiding damage. Lee is in a horrible position here. Tucker smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Lee is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Lee is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Lee is squirming around, avoiding Tucker's attempts to control the action. Poor strikes thrown by Tucker there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Tucker avoids the attempt from Lee to control. Lee regains half guard. Lee is trying to get back to full guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lee manages to get to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rufus Lee dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Lee throws a series of punches but Tucker avoids them all with ease. Some wild striking there from Lee.
Tucker takes a shot right to the bread basket. Lee throws a looping overhand right but Tucker ducks down to avoid it. Tucker misses with a wild body shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lee steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tucker. Lee just misses with a punch to the body.
Tucker shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Lee throws a right hand that Tucker ducks under and follows up with a left that Tucker also avoids with ease.

It looks like Tom Tucker has been cut. Tucker throws a predictable looking body shot
and Lee counters with a left to the body. Lee misses the jab. Tucker lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Tucker is breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tucker gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Lee misses with a looping right. Tucker fails with a takedown attempt. A swing and a miss from Lee. Tucker misses with the combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee looks to land a combination. Tucker sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Good work by Lee as he checks the leg kick. Lee misses with a body shot
and Tucker counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Rufus Lee is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Lee moves away from the strike by Tucker. Tucker misses with a few strikes there.
Tucker throws a body punch but Lee moves out of range. Lee swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nice shot lands for Tucker. A big left from Tucker misses. Tucker doesn't succeed with the takedown and Lee counters with a nice body shot. Rufus Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tom Tucker.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee throws a sloppy body shot
and Tucker counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Lee thinking. Lee defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Tucker. Lee looks to land a left hand but Tucker moved out of range nicely. Lee changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Lee punishes Tucker's body with a nice straight punch. Rufus Lee is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Lee misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Rufus Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lee bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Tucker's head backwards. Tucker takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

A lazy left from Lee finds it's target. Lee lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Tucker backs up against the cage.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lee throws a predictable looking body shot

That's one minute gone in the round. Tucker moves out of range of the strikes. Lee throws a body punch but Tucker moves out of range. Lee looks to land a left hand but Tucker moved out of range nicely. Tucker moves out of range of the leg kick from Lee. Tucker misses the shot to the body. Lee fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tucker manages to avoid it. Tucker throws a shot from downtown. Lee moves away and avoids it. Tucker takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Tucker misses with a body shot.
Lee catches Tucker with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Lee takes a swing at Tucker's ribcage but misses. Lee looks to score with a jab to the body but Tucker is just out of range. Tucker keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee lands a jab to the nose. Lee lands with a good body shot. Tucker ducks right into an uppercut from Lee. Tucker looks to land a combination but Lee avoids it well. Lee falls off balance throwing a combination
and Tucker counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Tucker. Lee pulls Tucker in close to his closed guard and prevents Tucker from doing any damage or advancing position. Tom Tucker has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lee utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Tucker postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Lee pulls Tucker in to control the position. Tucker trying to control the position from guard on top but Lee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lee looking to control.
And that's the end of the fight! Rufus Lee showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Lee, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
