Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
selcinji tries to clinch but Silva is having none of it.
Silva stuffs the takedown.
selcinji closes the distance and clinches.
selcinji turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and selcinji manages to end up in side control.
selcinji tries to score with some ground and pound. Silva controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Silva gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
selcinji wants to take a breather but Silva is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Silva regains full guard. Nicely done.

Silva tries to land a sweep but no joy.
selcinji thows a big elbow that misses.
Silva manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. selcinji manages to get himself to full guard.

selcinji has left one of his arms exposed and Silva doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. selcinji screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
