Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaysen Glover (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Glover is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: over. Jaysen Glover is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jaysen Glover!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paul Aken and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glover chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Alves can pounce on him.
Alves displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Glover.
Glover will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Glover looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Alves is fending him off so far but Glover persists. Nope, Alves circles away and we're back to standing.
Thiago Alves has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jaysen Glover.
Alves tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Glover will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Glover throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Alves's waist but Alves gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Glover off to one side.
Alves circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Glover drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Alves follows Glover to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Thiago Alves!
