The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Steve Montenegro and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones shoots in but no luck this time.
pasa feints and as Jones raises his hands in defense, pasa changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
pasa wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving.
pasa is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
pasa is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Jones manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. pasa manages to get himself to full guard.
Jones got a little sloppy there for a moment and pasa has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jones has managed to get both his arms back between pasa's legs - danger averted.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

and pasa counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Jones will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Jones wants to get back to his feet but pasa is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jones is on top in guard.

pasa thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Jones wants to control from the top but pasa keeps moving.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Jones in particular looking to stall.
Jones thows a huge punch but pasa dodges it nicely.
Jones is pressing down on pasa's thigh, looking to free his foot. pasa is holding on for now.

That's time! Jones's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Jones cracks pasa with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Jones pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Julian Jones is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Jones gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and pasa counters with a single leg into guard. Jones didn't expect that.
pasa wants to stand but Jones is controlling his posture from full guard.

Jones bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in pasa's guard.

pasa is looking for a triangle but Jones pushes his legs off easily.

Jones is trying to control the action in half guard but pasa is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Jones has hold of pasa's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and pasa manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Poor strikes thrown by Jones there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Jones misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Julian Jones.
I think pasa has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
