Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Draven Bloodfist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John Doe looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Doe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Draven Bloodfist!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bloodfist closes the distance and clinches up with Doe, looking for a takedown. Bloodfist pushes Doe against the cage but Doe circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Bloodfist shoots in looking for a takedown. Doe tries to sprawl out of it but Bloodfist keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Doe manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Bloodfist is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Bloodfist wants to lay and pray for a moment but Doe keeps working.
Bloodfist is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
