Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Corn Flakes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raido Roomets (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roomets has chosen Raistlin and the Rose as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flakes swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A nice combination there by Flakes.

Flakes shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Roomets but Roomets pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Roomets has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Flakes is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Roomets.

Roomets tries to keep at a distance but Flakes has taken the fight into the clinch.

Flakes bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Roomets pushes Flakes away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Flakes gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Flakes has Roomets pressed against the cage, preventing Roomets from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Flakes stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Roomets swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Roomets is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Corn Flakes.
Well Flakes has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
