Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Engelbert Humperdinck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Prinssi Pasanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurström and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Humperdinck with that takedown attempt.
Pasanen with a poor takedown
and Humperdinck counters with a shoot takedown. Pasanen fights it but they end up in guard.
Humperdinck postures up.
Humperdinck is pushing down on Pasanen's leg trying to pass to half guard. Pasanen is fighting to maintain full guard but Humperdinck has managed to sneak the leg through.

Pasanen is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Humperdinck is staying active.
Humperdinck wants to take a breather but Pasanen is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pasanen is trying to stand up here but Humperdinck is controlling him well.

Humperdinck is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Pasanen is just riding it out for now. Humperdinck eventually gives up the hold.

Pasanen is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Pasanen drives through with a takedown into guard.

Pasanen stands up and waves to Humperdinck to follow him.
Pasanen tries to close the distance and clinch but Humperdinck swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Humperdinck feints and as Pasanen raises his hands in defense, Humperdinck changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Humperdinck is breathing heavily.
Pasanen tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Pasanen wriggles free and stands up.
Pasanen feints and as Humperdinck raises his hands in defense, Pasanen changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Pasanen postures up.
Pasanen trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Pasanen drops back looking for a leg! Humperdinck is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Humperdinck manages to kick Pasanen off! Pasanen jumps back into Humperdinck's guard.
Humperdinck wants to sweep here but Pasanen controlling him for the moment.
Humperdinck has his foot on Pasanen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Pasanen works his way back into a safe position though.

Humperdinck wants to stand up but Pasanen is controlling him.
Humperdinck is trying to keep Pasanen in close.
Pasanen trying to control but Humperdinck is working from the bottom.
Pasanen trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Humperdinck manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Pasanen manages to get himself to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Engelbert Humperdinck will probably get the nod.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Pasanen is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Humperdinck's half guard.
Pasanen seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Humperdinck does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Pasanen looks to land a strike but Humperdinck avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Pasanen stands and steps away. Humperdinck gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Humperdinck shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Pasanen napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Engelbert Humperdinck overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Pasanen is looking for a sweep.
Humperdinck throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Pasanen is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Humperdinck off and has taken his back!
Humperdinck breaks Pasanen's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Pasanen bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Humperdinck's guard.
Pasanen is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Humperdinck has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Pasanen is looking to defend but Humperdinck has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Pasanen! Humperdinck pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Pasanen taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Engelbert Humperdinck!
