Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Graham Walsh! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, John Mangel and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Calypso shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Walsh as he jumps to the side. Walsh defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Calypso. Walsh lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Walsh tests Calypso's chin there with a solid looking shot. Dalia Calypso seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Walsh fails to land with a series of punches.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Calypso. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dalia Calypso. That's going to take a lot out of him. Calypso shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Walsh pushes Calypso off looking to stand but Calypso dives back in and keeps control.
Calypso throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Calypso thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Walsh's head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Calypso stops Walsh from getting back to his feet.
Calypso has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Calypso trying to control from half guard but Walsh is working away. Calypso throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Calypso is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Calypso shoots in but no luck this time. Calypso will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Calypso is breathing heavily. Calypso shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Walsh defends it nicely. Calypso scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Walsh is looking to reverse the position. Walsh is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Calypso has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Walsh! Walsh tries to hold on but Calypso pushes him away. Walsh is squirming around, avoiding Calypso's attempts to control the action. Walsh blocking the ground and pound. Calypso scores with a couple of good head shots there.

If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. BOOM! Calypso connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Calypso putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! A nice elbow there by Calypso. Calypso sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Walsh has left one of his arms exposed and Calypso doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Walsh screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
