Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jordan Peters! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Plauge Black! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Sosuke Kotani and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Peters throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Black scores with a leg kick.
Black lands with a thumping leg kick.
Black misses with a body shot.
Peters scores with a three punch combo!
It looks like Plauge Black has been cut. Peters misses with a body kick. Peters looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Black checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Peters misses with a body kick. Peters misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Peters throws a series of punches but Black moves out of range. Black cracks the inside of Peters's front leg. A head kick misses from Black. Black connects with a jab. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Black avoids the head kick by Peters.
Peters throws a right and a left that Black avoids nicely. Black works over Peters's head and body with a nice combination. Peters is breathing heavily. Black with a body punch. A glancing blow. Black fails to land with a series of punches.
Black lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Peters is rocked! Black is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Peters flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Peters is out cold! Black holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Plauge Black!
