PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Murilo Ribeiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Humberto Faro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ribeiro kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Dream Theater - Forsaken. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faro fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ribeiro manages to avoid it.
Ribeiro slips a jab from Faro.

Ribeiro shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Ribeiro was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Ribeiro throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Faro's waist but Faro gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ribeiro off to one side.
Ribeiro closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Faro throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Faro throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Ribeiro colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Faro as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Ribeiro is left battered and dazed whilst Faro and his camp cheer!
