The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Howard does it's job there.
Howard showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lukashenko.
Lukashenko will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lukashenko stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lukashenko wants it to stay on the feet.
Howard misses with a jab, cross combination.
Lukashenko misses with a two punch combination.
Howard scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Howard really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Howard misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Howard throws a series of strikes that have Lukashenko backpedaling.

and Howard counters with a nice right hand that sends Lukashenko toppling to the canvas! Lukashenko scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Howard finish him?!

It looks like Roman Lukashenko has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Howard connects with a nice cross there... Lukashenko is looking wobbly and Howard recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Lukashenko to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Howard jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
