Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between David Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Junior! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Roger Gracie! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Junior pinned against the cage. Junior gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Junior looks to land a right hand but Gracie moved out of range. Gracie closes the distance and clinches up with Junior, looking for a takedown. Gracie pushes Junior against the cage but Junior circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Junior gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Gracie stands up over Junior, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Junior wants to stand but Gracie is controlling the position. Junior knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground. Gracie is stalling in the full guard. Gracie tries to free his leg and advance position but Junior is retaining full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Junior dives on top into guard. Junior seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Gracie is trying to keep Junior in close.
Gracie looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Junior trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Gracie is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Junior is aware though and is defending well. Gracie looking for a guillotine here but Junior defends easily.
Gracie looks gassed! Gracie working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Junior.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Junioris looking to pass into half guard but Gracie pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Gracie is in guard. Gracie is standing up over Junior. Junior looks to escape but Gracie dives into side control.
Gracie tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Gracie has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Junior tries to escape but Gracie is in control. Junior wants to control but Gracie postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie prevents Junior from escaping the position. Junior on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Junior tries to get out of the position. Gracie thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Junior stops Gracie from passing to mount. Junior tries to escape but Gracie is in control. Gracie takes a little break here. Junior wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Gracie misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Gracie tries to clinch up. Junior scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
It looks like Roger Gracie has been cut. Junior takes a swing at Gracie's ribcage but misses. Junior throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Gracie on the side of the head. Junior misses with a straight left. Gracie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Junior tries to avoid it but Gracie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Junior to the ground. Junior escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. David Junior has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roger Gracie. Junior scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Junior throws a nice inside leg kick. Junior scores with a nice strike. Junior connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Junior feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gracie sprawling to the canvas! Gracie rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Junior finish him?!
Gracie is rocked!
That has opened up Roger Gracie's cut even more. David Junior is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Are you kidding me?! Junior ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Gracie clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). David Junior!
