Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Eric Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Hawk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adams comes to the cage accompanied by England Belongs to Me. Hawk has chosen RAPE ME as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Gwen Towbar and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Adams, as that shot connected.
Hawk clinches up with Adams and pushes him back against the cage.
Adams takes a knee right on the jaw!
It looks like Eric Adams has been cut.
Adams tries to pull guard but Hawk won't allow it.
Hawk has clasped his hands together around Adams's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Adams is trying to escape the position but Hawk is controlling the position.

Hawk fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Adams, pushing him back against the cage.
Hawk's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

and Hawk moves into the clinch.

Adams tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hawk smiles and moves away.

Hawk pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hawk moves into the clinch successfully.
Hawk pulls guard effortlessly.
Adams avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hawk lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Adams!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Adams is desperately trying to improve his position but Hawk has a good base and remains in mount.

Hawk cracks Adams with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Hawk is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Adams has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Hawk lands a big shot there that rocks Adams but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Adams jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hawk walks away with a smile on his face. Adams gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Adams throws a hook but Hawk avoids it easily.

and Hawk counters by clinching up.
Adams really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Hawk is trying to trip Adams. He has hold of a leg but Adams is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Hawk persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Hawk is stalling in the full guard.
Adams will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Hawk stands and steps away. Adams gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

and Hawk counters by moving into the clinch.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hawk is on top in guard.
Adams working for a triangle but Hawk defends it easily.
Hawk cracks Adams with a solid left hand.

Adams has a closed guard, preventing Hawk from standing up.
Adams working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hawk doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Adams is tightening it up a little... Hawk has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Hawk reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Hawk taps out! nice BJJ there by Adams!
