PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Richard Kelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jabrond Brogor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kelly comes to the cage accompanied by Waylander-Born to Fight. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brogor drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Kelly knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Brogor on the ground.
Kelly looking to hit a scissor sweep but Brogor is one step ahead there.
Brogor advances position into side control!
Brogor throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Brogor has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Kelly keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Brogor has a takedown stuffed.

Brogor feints and as Kelly raises his hands in defense, Brogor changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Kelly on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kelly tries to get out of the position.

Brogor drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Brogor jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Kelly wants to stand up but Brogor is controlling him.
Kelly is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Brogor is pushing down on Kelly's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kelly is fighting to maintain full guard but Brogor has managed to sneak the leg through.
Brogor looks gassed!

Brogor is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kelly is just riding it out for now. Brogor eventually gives up the hold.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kelly is looking to escape.
Kelly wants to get back to full guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Brogor prevents Kelly from standing back up.
Brogor moves into side control, avoiding the strikes from Kelly.

Brogor tries for a kimura but Kelly is defending well.
Kelly is trying to buck Brogor off.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Brogor has hold of Kelly's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Kelly tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Brogor cranks the arm and Kelly screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Kelly, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
