Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Khal TD (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and NICK HAMILTON (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Khal TD! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, NICK HAMILTON! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Winston Howard and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! HAMILTON shoots in but no luck this time. TD doesn't manage to clinch there - HAMILTON circles away.
HAMILTON stuffs the takedown attempt from TD. TD gets slowly back to his feet. HAMILTON tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but TD swivels and escapes. TD moves into the clinch. HAMILTON wants to get back to striking at distance but TD won't allow it.
TD escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
TD misses with the combination.
HAMILTON darts in trying to clinch and TD counters by moving into the clinch. TD is looking for a takedown up against the cage. HAMILTON gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. TD looking for a takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Khal TD. That's going to take a lot out of him. TD misses with a short punch on the inside. HAMILTON gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from TD.

TD can't break the clinch.
TD has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics HAMILTON uses from the top position.
That's one minute gone in the round. HAMILTON works over TD with some ground and pound from guard. HAMILTON wants to control from the top but TD keeps moving. TD controlling HAMILTON's posture. TD is looking for a triangle but HAMILTON pushes his legs off easily.
TD is breathing heavily. HAMILTON chips away with some ground and pound. TD tries to land a sweep but no joy. TD working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from HAMILTON. TD keeping full guard, as HAMILTON tries to pass. HAMILTON has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of TD is proving hard to escape from. TD avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. TD wants to sweep here but HAMILTON controlling him for the moment. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as HAMILTON accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. HAMILTON is looking to advance position but TD has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! HAMILTON really doesn't want to stay on the ground with TD. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. TD trying to control but HAMILTON is having none of it. TD is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, HAMILTON has managed to escape the submission attempt.
TD trying to control but he's not successful this time. TD loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have HAMILTON scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from TD land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. TD stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Khal TD!
