Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Pat Sumrall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Pete Damato!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sumrall.
Damato ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Damato circles away from the clinch attempt.
Damato tests Sumrall's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Damato clobbers Sumrall with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Sumrall throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Damato sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Sumrall misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Sumrall walks into a stiff left hand from Damato.


It looks like Pat Sumrall has been cut.
Sumrall shoots for a double leg takedown but Damato sprawls well. He's pushed Sumrall's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pat Sumrall. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Damato circles away from the clinch attempt.
Damato showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Sumrall.
Sumrall fails with the takedown.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sumrall throws a right and a left that Damato avoids nicely.
Damato connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Damato scores with a hook to the body. Sumrall takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Sumrall is breathing heavily.
Jab from Damato.
Nice takedown defense from Damato. No joy for Sumrall on that attempt.
Sumrall swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Damato counters with a nice uppercut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sumrall throws out a loose jab but Damato uses good head movement to avoid it.
Good exchange - Damato coming out on top.
Damato lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Damato ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Sumrall. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Damato scores with a decent looking hook.


Pat Sumrall's cut is getting worse.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Damato lands a lovely overhand right.
Damato drops Sumrall with a big left hand! Sumrall is injured, injured bad! Damato jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
