Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Engine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Razor De Costa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). De Costa has chosen Synphony of Destruction by Megadeth as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Thomas Engine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Razor De Costa!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Paulo Santos and Edson Gomes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - De Costa looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Engine stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. De Costa swivels though and keeps the full guard.

De Costa is trying to maintain the position but Engine is very close to passing his half guard.
De Costa is trying to stand up here but Engine is controlling him well.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Engine is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
De Costa is staying active underneath Engine, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
De Costa is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Engine's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Engine's back!
Engine breaks De Costa's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Thomas Engine overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

I would just about give that final round to Razor De Costa.
I think Engine has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
