The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harwinger looks to throw the jab but Rua is out of range.
Nice combo by Harwinger! Oh, that's hurt him - Rua falls to the canvas and Harwinger follows him into side control.

Harwinger is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Oh Rua is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Rua has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Harwinger is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Rua is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Harwinger pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Rua escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Harwinger tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Rua lands with a nice combination. Harwinger backs away looking to recover.

Rua looks to score with a jab to the body but Harwinger is just out of range.
Harwinger is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Rua looks to land a combination but Harwinger avoids it well.
Rua fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Harwinger manages to avoid it.
Harwinger stuns Rua with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Harwinger looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Rua moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Royce Rua's cut is getting worse.
Harwinger darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Rua's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Harwinger before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
