4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hugh DeMann ! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Illya Tyunina and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tilthammer goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Tilthammer cracks DeMann with an uppercut from hell and DeMann crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Tilthammer's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
DeMann is rocked! Tilthammer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. DeMann has a closed guard, preventing Tilthammer from standing up. DeMann is still in real trouble! Can Tilthammer finish him? The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tilthammer slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Tilthammer's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Tilthammer slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. DeMann seems to have recovered his senses. DeMann controls Tilthammer momentarily but Tilthammer frees himself.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Felix Tilthammer just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. DeMann shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tilthammer as he avoids it easily. DeMann looks gassed! DeMann takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Tilthammer lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. DeMann is looking to close the distance but Tilthammer sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! DeMann crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope DeMann is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
