Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nick Dundee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and LuLi Pro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LuLi Pro looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nick Dundee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, LuLi Pro! The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Damien Edna and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dundee misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Pro looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Pro shoots and misses and Dundee counters with a shoot takedown. Pro fights it but they end up in guard. Dundee has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Pro is proving hard to escape from. Dundee passes into half guard. Dundee stands up out of the half guard. Pro gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Dundee has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Pro is proving hard to escape from. Dundee preventing the sweep. Dundee wants to get up but he can't break Pro's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Dundee seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Dundee would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dundee decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Pro, up you get! Dundee scores a takedown into full mount! Dundee tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Dundee won't let Pro get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Dundee can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Pro is looking to escape. Dundee sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Dundee trying to control but he's not successful this time.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pro is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Dundee controlling from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dundee seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Pro for as long as he can get away with. Pro really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Nick Dundee just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Dundee feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pro controls Dundee momentarily but Dundee frees himself. Dundee decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Dundee shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Pro napping and manages to drive through into side control! Dundee lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Pro down.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pro gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Dundee tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Dundee looking to control but Pro is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Nick Dundee dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Dundee shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Dundee decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Pro, up you get! Nick Dundee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dundee lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Dundee closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Pro takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Dundee has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Dundee darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Dundee controlling the action here. Dundee has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Dundee will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Nick Dundee. Dundee changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pro looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. A lull in the action here. Dundee working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Pro is looking to reverse the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dundee has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Dundee drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dundee is looking to take a break and control but Pro is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Pro parries the strikes from Dundee easily there. Dundee is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Pro to escape.
Dundee slows the pace down. Dundee decides to stand up, so the ref orders Pro to his feet. Dundee with a poor takedown and Pro counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dundee actively working from the bottom here. Dundee trying to hold on to Pro's head to control him but Pro postures up.
Pro working over Dundee with some ground and pound. Dundee looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Dundee is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Pro pulls his head out easily. It looks like Pro is going to stand back up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Pro stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Dundee to get to his feet. Pro fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Dundee avoids it really well and circles away. Dundee shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Dundee content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nick Dundee dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Dundee fails with the takedown and Pro decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Dundee's guard. Pro postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Pro tries to free his leg and advance position but Dundee is retaining full guard. Pro throwing strikes from guard but Dundee blocks nicely. Pro trying to control the position from guard on top but Dundee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dundee manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Dundee closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dundee lands in his opponent's guard. Dundee has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Dundee gets to his feet. Pro looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Nick Dundee is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Dundee shoots and misses and Pro counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Dundee! Dundee is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. BOOM! Pro connects with a massive shot to the dome!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Dundee tries to hold on but Pro pushes him away. Dundee tries to get back to half guard but can't. Dundee is working hard here to advance position. Pro landing strikes, looking to finish! Pro misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Dundee is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Dundee is trying desperately to improve position. Pro lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Pro jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Dundee manages to avoid the submission attempt.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Dundee shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pro as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nick Dundee. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Dundee shoots and misses and Pro counters with a single leg into guard. Dundee didn't expect that. Pro wants to pass the guard but Dundee is keeping the position. Dundee looking to control.
Dundee has his foot on Pro's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Pro works his way back into a safe position though. Pro trying to control but Dundee is working from the bottom. Dundee is controlling Pro's posture. Dundee not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
LuLi Pro has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Nick Dundee overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Dundee is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
And that's the end of the fight! LuLi Pro comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Dundee has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
