Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harry Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Santiago Da Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Santiago Da Silva was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Da Silva slips a jab from Hill. Hill throws a right and a left that Da Silva avoids nicely. Hill swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hill misses with the combination.
Hill thows a left - swing and a miss! A nice leg kick lands there from Da Silva. Hill throws a shot from downtown. Da Silva moves away and avoids it. Da Silva scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Hill throws the left hand but Da Silva avoids the punch easily. Da Silva lands a nice leg kick that just misses Hill's sensitive parts. Hill throws a series of punches but Da Silva moves out of range. Hill misses with a few strikes there.
No luck for Da Silva with that takedown attempt. Hill throws a jab but it's blocked by Da Silva. Harry Hill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hill throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Hill is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Da Silva. Da Silva shoots in for a takedown but Hill shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Hill checks a leg kick. Da Silva tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hill was well out of range. Poor timing from Da Silva. Hill misses with a double jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hill looks to land a combination but Da Silva avoids it well. Hill lands a head shot.
It looks like Santiago Da Silva has been cut. Da Silva shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hill pinned against the cage. Hill gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Harry Hill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Santiago Da Silva. Da Silva dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hill. That did some damage! Da Silva closes the distance and pushes Hill back into the cage. Da Silva gets control of Hill's arms and successfully pulls guard. Da Silva will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Da Silva has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Hill is pushing down on Da Silva's leg trying to pass to half guard. Da Silva is fighting to maintain full guard but Hill has managed to sneak the leg through. Hill is keen to just control but Da Silva is a slippery customer. Hill trying to pass the guard but Da Silva defending well. Hill seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Da Silva does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hill tries to pass the half guard into mount. Da Silva knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Hill throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Da Silva is trying to get back to full guard. Da Silva is not content to let Hill control the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Da Silva showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hill.
Danga de danga de dang - Hill scores with a four punch combination! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Some wild striking there from Hill.
Hill blocks a leg kick. Da Silva ducks under a wild hook from Hill. Hill throws a series of punches but Da Silva avoids them all with ease.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hill cracks Da Silva with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Hill misses with an uppercut. Hill misses with a wild combination.
Da Silva looks to land a combination but Hill avoids it well. Hill throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Da Silva counters with a single leg into guard. Hill didn't expect that. Da Silva pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hill is keeping the position for now. Hill is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Da Silva is controlling him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Da Silva is looking to advance position but Hill has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Da Silva is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Da Silva tries to hold on but Hill pushes him away. Hill can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Da Silva is looking to escape. Da Silva tries to reverse the position but Hill maintains control. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hill controlling the pace for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Harry Hill dominated that round. The cut man is working on Santiago Da Silva's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

That has opened up Santiago Da Silva's cut even more. Harry Hill is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Hill throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

Harry Hill is winning the standup battle so far. Da Silva lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Da Silva.
It looks like Harry Hill has been cut. Hill falls off balance throwing a combination
and Da Silva makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Hill really felt that one! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Hill misses with a double jab
and Da Silva counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Da Silva tries to pull guard but Hill holds him up against the cage and eventually Da Silva drops back down to his feet.

Hill has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Da Silva tries to stall but Hill uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. A frustrated look appears on Hill's face as he tries to break the clinch. Hill wants to break free but Da Silva has control.
Da Silva tries to pull guard but Hill won't allow it.

Da Silva tries to clinch up but Hill circles away and keeps his distance. Hill lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Hill avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Harry Hill is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Hill stuffs the takedown. Hill shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Hill throws a left and a right that both miss
and Da Silva counters with a thumping low kick. Hill misses with a double jab
and Da Silva counters with an inside leg kick. A solid leg kick lands there for Da Silva.

That's three minutes gone in the round. An inside leg kick lands from Da Silva. Hill throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Da Silva counters with a nice leg kick. Da Silva fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Da Silva uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hill. Da Silva takes a swing at Hill's ribcage but misses. Hill throws an overhand right that lands on Da Silva's shoulder, as Da Silva tries to avoid the shot. Da Silva throws a leg kick which misses Hill's front leg but catches the back leg as Hill tries to avoid it. Hill swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Da Silva moves into the clinch. Da Silva stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Da Silva tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hill smiles and moves away.
Hill throws a combination that misses and Da Silva counters with a stiff right hand. Hill will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Hill slaps away a takedown attempt from Da Silva, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Da Silva looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hill is fending him off so far but Da Silva persists. Nope, Hill circles away and we're back to standing. Da Silva connects with a crisp jab. Hill lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The cut above Santiago Da Silva's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Hill's corner calls for a 1-2. Hill obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Da Silva will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Hill throws a jab but it's blocked by Da Silva. Da Silva on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Da Silva wants to clinch up but Hill keeps it at a distance. Da Silva avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Da Silva is looking to slow Hill down with leg kicks. Da Silva ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Hill misses with a hook. Da Silva ducked under it nicely. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hill throws a left and a right that both miss
and Da Silva moves into the clinch. A body shot lands from Da Silva.
Da Silva stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Harry Hill will probably get the nod. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

A chopping leg kick lands by Da Silva. Da Silva scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Da Silva tests Hill's chin there with a solid looking shot. Hill swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Da Silva counters with a single leg into guard. Hill didn't expect that. Da Silva is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Hill is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Hill has escaped and now he's on top! Hill slips nicely into half guard. Da Silva keeps control of the position for the meantime.
That's one minute gone in the round. Da Silva wants to improve his position but Hill is controlling well.
Da Silva has his hands clasped together around Hill's back. He's all about the action. Hill is looking to advance position but Da Silva won't allow it. Da Silva moves into full guard.
Da Silva wants to sweep but no luck. Santiago Da Silva has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Hill wants to control from the top but Da Silva keeps moving. Da Silva looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Hill has picked Da Silva up and slammed him! Da Silva can't keep hold of the triangle and Hill manages to pass to side control! Hill is looking to take a break and control but Da Silva is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Da Silva wants to control but Hill postures up. Da Silva tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Hill wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Hill wants to stand but Da Silva is controlling his arm.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Hill misses with a few strikes there.
Hill lands a jab to the nose.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A big left from Hill misses. Da Silva dodges the punch combination from Hill.
Hill looks to land a combination. Da Silva sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Santiago Da Silva's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Santiago Da Silva's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
