Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Thiago Cunha and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Galahad.
Machida takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Machida ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Galahad stalks Machida and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Machida's face. Machida staggers backwards, shaken.
Machida looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Galahad waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Machida. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Machida to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Machida wants to sweep but no luck.
Galahad content to stall in guard here.

Galahad missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Galahad not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Galahad wants to pass the guard but Machida is keeping the position.
Galahad stands and steps away. Machida gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Galahad connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Machida takes a jab right on the kisser.
Galahad misses with a wild body shot.

Galahad throws a hook to the side of Machida's head but Machida sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Machida walks into a left hand.
Machida moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Machida doesn't manage to clinch there - Galahad circles away.
Machida pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Galahad throws a body punch but Machida moves out of range.
Machida closes the distance and clinches up with Galahad, looking for a takedown. Machida pushes Galahad against the cage but Galahad circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Oooh a lovely combination from Galahad sends Machida down but not out. Galahad dives into side control looking to finish.
Machida is rocked!
It looks like Lyoto Machida has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Galahad misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Machida gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Galahad tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Galahad knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Machida on the ground.
Galahad's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sir Galahad dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Lyoto Machida's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Machida dodges the punch combination from Galahad.
Galahad keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Galahad fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Machida manages to avoid it.
Machida walks into a stiff left hand from Galahad.
Galahad looks to score with a jab to the body but Machida is just out of range.
Galahad just misses with a punch to the body.
Machida moves in looking to clinch but Galahad pushes him off.
Galahad swings for the body but Machida moves out of range.
Sir Galahad is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Machida lands with a slapping head kick.
Machida lands a nice looking body shot.
Machida is breathing heavily.
Galahad cracks Machida with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Galahad will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Galahad connects with a nice looking jab.
Machida fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Galahad avoids it really well and circles away.
Galahad lands a jab-cross combination.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Machida takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Galahad closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Machida! Galahad dives in looking to finish! Machida is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
