Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jack Hawk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Esta me Dinero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Esta me Dinero will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jack Hawk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Esta me Dinero!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, John Mangel and Winston Howard.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hawk scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Dinero looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Hawk is looking for a kimura but Dinero is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Hawk to get the leverage.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Hawk in particular looking to stall.
Hawk's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

and Hawk counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dinero won't be happy with that.

Dinero is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Hawk drops back looking for a leg! Dinero is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dinero manages to kick Hawk off! Hawk jumps back into Dinero's guard.

Hawk closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Well, if Hawk is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Hawk looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Dinero pushes Hawk off looking to stand but Hawk dives back in and keeps control.

Jack Hawk overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Dinero might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Hawk kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hawk, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
