Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Remy Bonjasky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Optimus Prime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bonjasky kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The man with the harmonica. Prime has chosen Man in the Mirror as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, John Kavanagh and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prime fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bonjasky avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Bonjasky throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Prime's waist but Prime gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bonjasky off to one side.
Prime misses with an uppercut.
Bonjasky shoots in for a takedown but Prime shows good takedown defense.
Prime connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
A looping hook to the body misses from Prime. Bonjasky does a little dance to reset his feet.
Prime lands a jab.
Bonjasky will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Remy Bonjasky. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Bonjasky changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Prime tries to avoid it but Bonjasky manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Prime to the ground. Prime escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Prime lands a big uppercut and Bonjasky crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Bonjasky looks OK. Prime waves Bonjasky back to his feet!
Remy Bonjasky seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Prime misses with a straight right.
Bonjasky fails with a takedown attempt.
Bonjasky takes one on the button.

Prime pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bonjasky avoids the body shot from Prime.
Nice sprawl there from Prime as Bonjasky shoots in.
Bonjasky throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Prime was covering up waiting for the punch and Bonjasky finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Prime is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Prime is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Bonjasky wants to control from the top but Prime keeps moving.
Bonjasky postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Prime is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Bonjasky, into his guard.
Bonjasky is breathing heavily.
Bonjasky is trying to keep Prime in close.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bonjasky has a closed guard, preventing Prime from standing up.
Bonjasky looking for subs off his back but Prime has passed one foot through into half guard.
Bonjasky is trying to maintain the position but Prime is very close to passing his half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Prime looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Optimus Prime dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Bonjasky shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Prime defends it nicely.
Good exchange - Prime coming out on top.
Prime drops Bonjasky with a beautiful combination! Bonjasky stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Prime is looking for the KO!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Prime swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Bonjasky takes one to the chin there.
Prime throws the left hand but Bonjasky avoids the punch easily.
Prime lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Prime scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Prime throws a leg kick but Bonjasky checks it.
Prime throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Prime lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Bonjasky backs up against the cage.

Bonjasky is rocked!
Prime is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Bonjasky hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
