Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between fabricio benedict (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crazy Horse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, fabricio benedict! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Crazy Horse! The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Ackerman and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horse tries to close the distance and clinch but benedict swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. benedict shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Horse sprawls well. Horse wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. benedict gets slowly back to his feet. benedict looks for a takedown but Horse sprawls well. Excellent takedown into side control there by benedict. benedict tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. benedict controlling the position from side mount. Horse looks to move to half guard but instead benedict has passed into mount! Damn! Horse wants to hold on but benedict pushes him away. benedict is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Horse can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
That's one minute gone in the round. benedict sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Horse bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Horse working some strikes from top position. Horse postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Horse has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Horse wants to control from the top but benedict keeps moving. benedict trying to control the position.
benedict wants to stand up but Horse is controlling him. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Horse postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! benedict is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Horse, into his guard. Horse looks gassed!
That's two minutes gone in the round. benedict thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Horse looking to control.

That's three minutes gone in the round. benedict wants to control from the top but Horse keeps moving. benedict passes into half guard. Horse actively working from the bottom here. Horse is trying to control but can't.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. benedict blocks the strikes from Horse.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. A thudding body kick lands there by benedict!
benedict looks to clinch and Horse counters with a nice double leg into guard. Horse throwing strikes but missing. Horse pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. benedict is keeping the position for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Crazy Horse dominated that round. That's time! benedict's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
No joy there for benedict, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Horse gets a takedown into half guard. Horse prevents benedict from improving his position. Horse looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Horse wants to work for an arm triangle but benedict is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
benedict avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Horse. Horse is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, benedict has managed to free his arm - good work. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Horse throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. benedict wants to control but Horse is keeping busy.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. benedict with a poor takedown and Horse counters with a takedown into side control. Horse is trying to get an arm triangle but benedict is defending well. Horse in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... benedict is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
