Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Odinius Thunder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Theo Gillberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Theo Gillberg was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Odinius Thunder! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Theo Gillberg! The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Alyssa Summers and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thunder shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gillberg as he avoids it easily. Gillberg closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Thunder to the mat! Thunder manages to get full guard. Thunder throws his legs up looking for a submission but Gillberg uses it to pass to side control.
Thunder trying to control but Gillberg flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! I would not like to be Thunder right now.
Let's hope that Gillberg has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Thunder is in bad spot here.
Thunder is working hard here to advance position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Thunder rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Thunder tries to get to full guard but Gillberg has control of the leg. Thunder looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Gillberg moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Thunder. Thunder is breathing heavily. Thunder tries to buck Gillberg off but Gillberg is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Gillberg working away. Gillberg decides to stand up, so the ref orders Thunder to his feet. Thunder gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Gillberg counters with a lovely straight right hand! Gillberg lands with a right hand.
It looks like Odinius Thunder has been cut. Gillberg drops Thunder with a naaaaasty hook - Thunder is in real trouble here! Gillberg dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Theo Gillberg! Theo Gillberg is the new light heavyweight champion!
