Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Al Robby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steini Sigurd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sigurd has chosen stick them up as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Steini Sigurd!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Skip Squint and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robby connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Sigurd's hands.
It looks like Steini Sigurd has been cut.
Sigurd looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Robby scores with a nice strike.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Robby misses with the combination.
Robby scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Robby misses with a head kick.
Al Robby seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sigurd takes one to the chin there.
Robby closes the distance and clinches up with Sigurd, looking for a takedown. Robby pushes Sigurd against the cage but Sigurd circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Robby connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Sigurd is rocked!
Nice body kick from Robby.
Robby shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Well, if Robby is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Sigurd is trying to stand back up but Robby is controlling him

Robby has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Robby tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Robby is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Sigurd is in real trouble.
Robby patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here?
Robby is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Sigurd has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Robby has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Sigurd taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Robby doesn't care though - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Al Robby!
