Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almeida scores with a jab to the head.
Almeida fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Skrtic shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Skrtic drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Skrtic jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Skrtic tries to free his leg and advance position but Almeida is retaining full guard.

Skrtic sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Almeida's guard.
Almeida tries to get to full guard but Skrtic has control of the leg.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Almeida tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Skrtic has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
Skrtic is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Almeida is surviving well by controlling Skrtic's body position as best he can.

Almeida is desperately trying to improve his position but Skrtic has a good base and remains in mount.
Skrtic looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Skrtic looks gassed!
Skrtic working for a guillotine from mount but Almeida is in no mood to give up.
Almeida is in all sorts of trouble here.

Almeida is looking to get to half guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Skrtic has hold of Almeida's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Almeida manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Almeida tries to reverse the position but Skrtic maintains control.
Almeida is working hard here to advance position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Almeida sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Almeida wants to improve his position but Skrtic is controlling well.
Skrtic looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Almeida gets full guard.

Skrtic passes Almeida's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Skrtic drops an elbow to the side of Almeida's head.
Skrtic is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Almeida doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Skrtic.
Skrtic is taking a breather. Almeida says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Skrtic is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Skrtic is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Almeida slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Almeida might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Almeida has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Skrtic doesn't defend quickly enough and Almeida has managed to lock this one up! Can Skrtic escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Almeida on a fantastic submission victory.
