Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stout is looking to clinch. Stout looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Rodrigues fails with the takedown. Rodrigues shoots in looking for a takedown. Stout tries to sprawl out of it but Rodrigues keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Stout manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Rodrigues tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stout swats him away and circles back towards the center. Stout wants to clinch. Rodrigues throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Stout. Rodrigues closes the distance and clinches. Stout gets underhooks to prevent Rodrigues's takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rodrigo Rodrigues. That's going to take a lot out of him. Stout lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
It looks like Rodrigo Rodrigues has been cut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stout looking to throw knees to the head but Rodrigues is blocking nicely.
Rodrigues drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Stout gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Rodrigues tries to score a body lock takedown but Stout shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stout breaks the clinch.
Stout defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rodrigues. Rodrigues could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Stout throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Nice takedown defense from Stout. No joy for Rodrigues on that attempt. Stout tries to close the distance and clinch but Rodrigues swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Rodrigues shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Stout defends it nicely. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Rodrigues tries to keep at a distance but Stout has taken the fight into the clinch. Rodrigues goes for a takedown attempt but Stout pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Stout wants to clinch up but Rodrigues keeps it at a distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Horrible takedown by Rodrigues or perhaps it was just good defense by Stout which made him look bad. Stout darts in and clinches Rodrigues up against the cage. Stout tries to land a knee to the head but Rodrigues blocks with his arms.
Stout is looking to control Rodrigues's arms but Rodrigues gets an underhook and turns him. Now Stout has his back to the cage. Stout tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Stout throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Rodrigues blocks it with crossed arms. Rodrigues has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Stout is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Rodrigues drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Stout gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Rodrigues changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Stout fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stout is looking to clinch. Rodrigues avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Stout wants to clinch but Rodrigues slips to the side and Rodrigues counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Rodrigues wants to control but Stout is keeping him busy. Rodrigues wants to work for an arm triangle but Stout is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Rodrigues in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Stout tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Rodrigues!
