Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Palle Vitrikainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tor The Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Palle Vitrikainen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tor The Hammer! The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Aleksandr Martynov and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Hammer scores with a decent looking hook. The Hammer lands with a nice body punch. The Hammer waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Vitrikainen. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Vitrikainen to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Vitrikainen is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The Hammer slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Oh Vitrikainen is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Vitrikainen keeps The Hammer under control for a moment. Vitrikainen seems to have got his legs back now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Vitrikainen tries to get back to half guard but can't. You can see the frustration on Vitrikainen's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The Hammer tries for a kimura but Vitrikainen is defending well. The Hammer is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Vitrikainen is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Vitrikainen is looking to reverse the position. The Hammer in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. The Hammer is trying to get an arm triangle but Vitrikainen is defending well. Vitrikainen manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
That's one minute gone in the round. The Hammer is trying to get back to full guard. The Hammer keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Vitrikainen missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. The Hammer is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. The Hammer has a hand on Vitrikainen's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Vitrikainen takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Vitrikainen avoids the attempt from The Hammer to control. Vitrikainen working the ground and pound effectively.
The Hammer regains half guard. Vitrikainen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. The Hammer has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Vitrikainen is working away from the top position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The Hammer keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Vitrikainen missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Vitrikainen throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Vitrikainen wants to free his trapped foot but The Hammer is holding on for dear life with his legs. Vitrikainen not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. The Hammer is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Vitrikainen pulls his head out easily. Vitrikainen thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed The Hammer's head.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Vitrikainen throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Tor The Hammer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The Hammer moves into range and connects with a jab. Vitrikainen is breathing heavily. The Hammer gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. A right handed body shot lands from The Hammer.
The Hammer lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vitrikainen misses with some punches.

The Hammer tries to pull guard but Vitrikainen won't allow it.
The Hammer pulls guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Vitrikainen throwing strikes but missing. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The Hammer trying to keep a closed guard but Vitrikainen is proving a slippery customer.
The Hammer is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Vitrikainen defends well. The Hammer being controlled here, momentarily. The Hammer avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The Hammer utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as The Hammer holds on and takes a little breather.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Vitrikainen scores with a takedown into The Hammer's guard. Vitrikainen missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. The Hammer is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Vitrikainen postures up.
The Hammer has Vitrikainen pulled in close to control his posture. The Hammer is trying to control the position but Vitrikainen postures up. The Hammer keeping moving, preventing Vitrikainen from controlling successfully. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Vitrikainen is really struggling to control The Hammer but he's trying to hold on to the position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Vitrikainen missing with a left hand there. The Hammer was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tor The Hammer dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
A right-left combo lands from The Hammer. The Hammer misses with a low kick. The Hammer fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Vitrikainen misses with a straight left. Vitrikainen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but The Hammer moves away. A jab lands there for The Hammer. Vitrikainen ducks right into an uppercut from The Hammer. The Hammer scores with a one two! Vitrikainen had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The Hammer connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. The Hammer connects with a superb combination that knocks Vitrikainen out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles The Hammer before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Vitrikainen!
