Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Barack Angle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derek Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Angle shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Angle is looking to pass Brown's guard but actually Brown recovers to full guard. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown looking to hit a scissor sweep but Angle is one step ahead there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Brown wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown is trying to control the position but Angle postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Brown closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Brown in particular looking to stall. Brown wants to control but Angle is keeping him busy.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Derek Brown. Angle closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Brown did well to prevent Angle getting side control. Angle trying to control from half guard but Brown is working away.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Angle is looking to advance position but Brown won't allow it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Angle working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Brown's thigh. Brown counters though and makes it back to full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Derek Brown will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

That's one minute gone in the round. Brown might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Angle kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Brown happy to just control the position for now. Angle is not content to let Brown control the position.

And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Derek Brown. I think Brown has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
