Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bob Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Durden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Durden has chosen Battlefield 1943 as his entrance music. The key to victory for Bob Ross has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bob Ross!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tyler Durden!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Viktor Lagutenko and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Durden has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Ross finds it's way round the side to connect with Durden's head.
Ross takes a swing at Durden's ribcage but misses.
Ross throws a hook but Durden avoids it easily.
Ross stuffs the takedown attempt from Durden. Durden gets slowly back to his feet.
Ross misses with a hook.

Durden throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ross was covering up waiting for the punch and Durden finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Durden is in close to Ross's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Ross is pulling down on Durden's head. It's preventing any offense from Durden, at least for the moment.
Ross not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Durden working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Ross manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Durden tries to get back to half guard but can't.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Durden is trying desperately to improve position.
Durden is controlling an arm, preventing Ross from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

Durden bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Bob Ross.
Durden takes one to the side of the head.
Ross stuffs the takedown attempt from Durden. Durden gets slowly back to his feet.
Durden uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ross.

Durden looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Ross wants to control but Durden is keeping busy.

Durden looks to land a strike but Ross avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Durden trying to control the position from guard on top but Ross is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Durden missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Ross controls Durden momentarily but Durden frees himself.
Durden won't allow Ross to sweep him here.
Durden throws a strike but Ross rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Ross misses with an uppercut.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Tyler Durden will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Durden fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Durden shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Ross is trying to defend but Durden finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Durden is working for an americana but Ross has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Durden was thinking about the submission.

Durden throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ross works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Ross bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Durden's guard.
Ross is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Durden is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Durden holds on and takes a little breather.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Ross sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Durden's guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Durden can do anything to dispel that myth.

Bob Ross is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Durden shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ross sprawls well. Ross wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Durden gets slowly back to his feet.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Ross takes a swing at Durden's ribcage but misses.
Durden slips a straight right by Ross.
Durden tries to score with a low kick but Ross moves his leg out of the way.
Horrible takedown by Durden or perhaps it was just good defense by Ross which made him look bad.
Ross fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Durden manages to avoid it.
Ross ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Durden moves away.
Ross throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Ross thows a left - swing and a miss!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Durden shoots in looking for a takedown. Ross tries to sprawl out of it but Durden keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ross manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bob Ross dominated that second round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!



Durden looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Ross wants to control but Durden is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Durden missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

Ross lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Durden!
Ross takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Durden can't escape the position.
Ross trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Durden tries to control Ross's body but Ross pushes him off. Durden squirms to his side and now Ross has his back!
Ross has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Durden's body.

Durden manages to stand up with Ross still on his back. Eventually Ross drops to his feet and we're back in the standing position.
Ross lands a nice hook to Durden's body. Durden takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Durden keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ross fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Durden manages to avoid it.
Ross throws a body punch but Durden moves out of range.
Durden steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ross.
Ross stuffs the takedown.
Ross throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Durden sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Durden fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ross avoids it really well and circles away.
Ross misses with an uppercut. Durden saw that one coming.
Ross throws a jab when Durden was well out of range.

Nice defenses there by Durden.
A shot to the liver by Ross. Beautiful body shot.
Ross cracks Durden with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Durden is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ross sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Bob Ross has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyler Durden.
Durden shoots for a takedown but Ross saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Durden takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Durden displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Ross throws out the jab.
Ross scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Durden ducks under a wild hook from Ross.
Durden on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Durden tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ross sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Durden somewhat.

Durden avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Durden keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ross thows a body shot but no joy.
Ross ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A swing and a miss from Ross.
Ross lands with a cross.

Durden shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Durden showed some decent athleticism there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ross is looking to control Durden's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Ross avoid being mounted?
Durden trying to mount his opponent but Ross defends it.

And that's the end of the fight!
Bob Ross showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Ross has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
