Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Harrison Ovaltine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stanley Stuus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ovaltine comes to the cage accompanied by Rammstein - Sonne. The key to victory for Harrison Ovaltine has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Harrison Ovaltine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Stanley Stuus!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Sergei Dronov and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Stuus.
Ovaltine lands with a straight right. Stuus didn't see that one coming.
Stuus lands with a kick to the temple. Ovaltine shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
No joy there for Stuus, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nice body kick from Stuus.
Ovaltine takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Stuus scoring well with a low kick there.
Ovaltine looks to land a combination. Stuus sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.


It looks like Stanley Stuus has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ovaltine throws a combination that misses
and Stuus counters with a thumping low kick.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Stuus.
Stuus tries a head kick but it misses.

Stuus shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Ovaltine is trying to defend but Stuus finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Stuus is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Ovaltine defends it well.
Stuus trying to control the pace.
Stuus is looking to stall here but Ovaltine recovers full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Stuus prevents Ovaltine from getting back to his feet.
Stuus is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Stuus has gone for a leg lock! Ovaltine slips out almost immediately though and dives into Stuus's guard.
Stuus looking to control.
Ovaltine will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Ovaltine trying to stand up but can't free himself from Stuus's guard.

Stuus working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ovaltine doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ovaltine manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Stuus manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Stuus wants to control the pace but Ovaltine is squirming around nicely.
Stuus throwing strikes here but Ovaltine is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Stuus quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Stuus but it's paid off an Ovaltine is forced to tap! Nice work by Stuus.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Stanley Stuus!
