Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Knuckle Stone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brock Lesnar! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stone throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Stone misses with a straight left. Stone throws a leg kick but Lesnar sees it coming and checks it nicely. Stone misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lesnar.
Stone connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Lesnar shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Lesnar missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Stone is looking to control Lesnar's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Stone avoid being mounted? Lesnar throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Stone is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lesnar connects with a nice short shot to Stone's temple. Lesnar wants to take a breather but Stone is having none of it. Lesnar thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Stone wants to get back to full guard.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Lesnar takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Lesnar takes a body punch but keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stone tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Stone scoring well with a low kick there.
Lesnar changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Stone looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Lesnar landing strikes. Lesnar tries to move into full mount but can't pass Stone's legs. The strikes coming from Lesnar are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Stone is trying to improve his position. Stone defending against the ground and pound. Lesnar lands a nice forearm strike. Lesnar throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Lesnar lands an elbow. Stone is looking for a sweep. Stone can't do much from the bottom here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stone is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Lesnar's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Stone is trying to control but can't.
Lesnar missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Lesnar is nestled in close to Stone, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Lesnar throws a strike but Stone avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Lesnar works a leg free and moves into half guard. Lesnar looks gassed! Stone is looking for a sweep. Lesnar is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Lesnar lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Lesnar trying to advance position but Stone counters by regaining guard. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Lesnar stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Stone swivels though and keeps the full guard. Stone is trying to control the position but Lesnar postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Stone is on top in guard.
Stone tries to free his leg and advance position but Lesnar is retaining full guard. Stone trying to control the position from guard on top but Lesnar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lesnar wants to get back to his feet but Stone is in a dominant position and won't allow it. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Stone wants to control from the top but Lesnar keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Stone content to stall in guard here. Stone trying to control the position from guard on top but Lesnar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Knuckle Stone. Lesnar fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lesnar is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Stone cracks Lesnar with an open hand slap. Stone fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lesnar manages to avoid it. Lesnar blocks a jab. Stone throws a right hand that Lesnar ducks under and follows up with a left that Lesnar also avoids with ease. Stone lands a right hook to the body.
Lesnar looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Stone looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Lesnar has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Stone finds it's way round the side to connect with Lesnar's head. Stone throws a jab but it's blocked by Lesnar. Lesnar closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Lesnar tries to pass the half guard into mount. Stone knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's six minutes gone in the round. Stone wants to get back to full guard. Lesnar throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Stone trying to control here.
Lesnar is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Stone tries to get to full guard but Lesnar has control of the leg. Lesnar working over Stone with some ground and pound. Stone looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Lesnar passes to side control. Stone is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Lesnar's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Lesnar with a nice head shot there. Lesnar stopping the sweep attempt from Stone. Lesnar working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Stone's head. Stone keeping full guard, as Lesnar tries to pass. Stone controls Lesnar momentarily but Lesnar frees himself. Lesnar is in close to Stone's body, working some short punches and elbows.
That's eight minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Stone wants to sweep here but Lesnar controlling him for the moment. Lesnar working some strikes from top position. Lesnar preventing the sweep. Stone looking to control.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Stone ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lesnar moves away. Lesnar is looking to clinch but Stone is avoiding it.
Stone looks to land a left hand but Lesnar moved out of range nicely. Excellent takedown into side control there by Lesnar. Lesnar working the body and head with strikes. Lesnar tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
That's nine minutes gone in the round. Stone is working to avoid the ground and pound but Lesnar connects with a decent elbow. Stone managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Lesnar.
Lesnar landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Lesnar has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Stone is looking to regain half guard here but Lesnar keeps moving and retains side control. Stone struggling a bit here. Stone manages to get back to half guard. Lesnar passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Stone! Lesnar working the ground and pound effectively.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Knuckle Stone will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Stone regains half guard. Brock Lesnar has got the better of the ground game so far. Lesnar working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Stone's thigh. Stone counters though and makes it back to full guard. Lesnar sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Stone's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Lesnar moves nicely into side control. Lesnar throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Lesnar tries to score with some ground and pound. Stone controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Lesnar trying to control the position but Stone is working away. Stone is looking to regain half guard here but Lesnar keeps moving and retains side control. Lesnar throwing strikes but Stone manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control! Lesnar is not content to let Stone control the position.

Stone displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lesnar. Stone lands with a straight right. Lesnar didn't see that one coming. Stone jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Lesnar takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A chopping leg kick lands by Stone. Stone lands a nice shot that snaps Lesnar's head back.
Lesnar fails in his attempt to clinch. Lesnar shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Lesnar sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Stone defending well though. Lesnar not landing any meaningful shots this time. Lesnar not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Lesnar prevents Stone from improving his position. Stone avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Lesnar. Stone trying to control here.

That's nine minutes gone in the round. Lesnar lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Stone looking to hit a scissor sweep but Lesnar is one step ahead there. Lesnar lands a couple of decent looking shots. Lesnar looking to pass the guard. Lesnar looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Lesnar slips a jab and a cross from Stone.
Brock Lesnar has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Stone scores with a crisp jab that stopped Lesnar in his tracks. Stone goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Brock Lesnar. I have no idea who won that fight. Let's wait and see whether the judges are as confused as me! Time for a split decision perhaps?!. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
