Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Johny Lock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ipu Fokislav (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fokislav has chosen Links 2-3-4 - Rammstein as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Johny Lock! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ipu Fokislav! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Dillan Fox and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fokislav has managed to clinch.
Lock fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Fokislav wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Lock tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Fokislav smiles and moves away.
Fokislav moves in looking to clinch but Lock pushes him off. Nice shot lands for Lock. Fokislav tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lock swats him away and circles back towards the center. Fokislav tries to clinch up but Lock circles away and keeps his distance. Lock shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Fokislav manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Fokislav tries to land a sweep but no joy. Lock is stalling in the full guard. Lock preventing the sweep. Lock trying to control the position from guard on top but Fokislav is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fokislav wants to sweep but no luck. Fokislav not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fokislav is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fokislav tries to close the distance and clinch but Lock swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Fokislav misses with a takedown and Lock counters with a one-two to the body. Lock throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Fokislav tries to clinch but fails miserably and Lock counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Lock throws a head kick that Fokislav semi-blocks.
Fokislav closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Lock did well to prevent Fokislav getting side control. Fokislav thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Lock is looking to control Fokislav's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Lock avoid being mounted? Fokislav prevents Lock from improving his position. Lock wants to control but Fokislav is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fokislav is looking for submissions but instead, Lock has regained full guard.
Lock tries to land a sweep but no joy. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lock throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Lock is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Lock looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Lock is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Fokislav defends well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fokislav trying to stand up but can't free himself from Lock's guard. Fokislav content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Lock can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Fokislav controls the pace. Fokislav trying to control but Lock is working from the bottom. Fokislav stopping the sweep attempt from Lock. Fokislav cracks Lock with a solid left hand. Fokislav looking to pass the guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Fokislav trying to control the position from guard on top but Lock is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Lock wants to sweep but no luck. Lock lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Fokislav! Fokislav can't escape the position.
Lock controlling from mount. Lock wants to control the pace but Fokislav is squirming around nicely. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Lock cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Fokislav really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Johny Lock dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Fokislav doesn't succeed with the takedown and Lock counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Fokislav wants to clinch but Lock slips to the side and Lock counters with a nice body shot. Lock changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fokislav looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Fokislav is looking for a sweep. Fokislav is not content to let Lock control the position. Lock has an Americana. Fokislav didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Lock is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Lock hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
