Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sep Tember (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edmundo Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alves is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Jammin' - Bob Marley. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tember can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Alves is looking to escape.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Alves is desperately trying to improve his position but Tember has a good base and remains in mount.

Alves tries to lock up and control but Tember gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Tember tries to close the distance and clinch but Alves swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Alves fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Tember.
Sep Tember is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Alves misses with a wild combination.
Alves clinches up with Tember and pushes him back against the cage.
Alves lands a left hand that snaps the head of Tember backwards.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Alves counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Tember misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Tember crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Alves - the referee stops the clock and Tember gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Alves. Tember manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Tember tries to throw a body punch but Alves avoids it by throwing Tember back against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Tember's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Tember is pressed up against the cage. Alves has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Tember down to the mat. Tember avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Alves lands a head kick. Tember smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Alves uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sep Tember.
