The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knutsson stuffs the takedown attempt from Hightower. Hightower gets slowly back to his feet.
Knutsson with a poor takedown
and Hightower counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Knutsson's guard now.
Knutsson striking off his back but it's not causing Hightower any problems.

Knutsson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hightower defends it easily.
Hightower pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Knutsson is keeping the position for now.
Hightower drops back looking for a leg! Knutsson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Knutsson manages to kick Hightower off! Hightower jumps back into Knutsson's guard.
Hightower sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Knutsson's guard.
Knutsson is looking to improve his position.

Knutsson tries to get to full guard but Hightower has control of the leg.
Knutsson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hightower on the ground.

Hightower is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Knutsson defends it well.
Hightower works his way into full mount!
Knutsson is wriggling around trying to escape.
Hightower has isolated one of Knutsson's arms. Knutsson looking to fight him off but Hightower twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
