Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dexter Morleaux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mamed Becker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morleaux's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Massive Attack feat. Mos Def - I Against I. Becker has chosen Shamhan Daldaev - Eto Kavkaz as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dexter Morleaux! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mamed Becker! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morleaux shoots in but no luck this time. Morleaux throws a one two combo.
Becker throws a hook but Morleaux avoids it easily. Becker throws a combination that misses and Morleaux counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Morleaux. Becker wants to break free but Morleaux has control.
Morleaux tries to break the clinch but Becker is controlling the position. Morleaux tries for a takedown but Becker manages to get underhooks.
Becker tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Morleaux manages to break the clinch.
Becker darts in trying to clinch and Becker takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Becker tries to grapple but his opponent circles so Morleaux counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Becker is looking for a triangle but Morleaux pushes his legs off easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morleaux slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Morleaux wants to control from the top but Becker keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Becker throws his legs up looking for a submission but Morleaux uses it to pass to side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Becker wants to get back to his feet but Morleaux is dominant here and he's now got Becker's back! Becker trying to control but not successfully. Becker tries to escape but Morleaux has the hooks in and won't let him break free. Morleaux is working the ground and pound. Can Becker escape? Morleaux wants to control the position but Becker frees himself and scrambles - Morleaux manages to regain control in side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morleaux is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Becker will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Morleaux scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Becker to see if he's OK. Morleaux taking a breather here. Morleaux stands up and we're back to a striking position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Becker tries to clinch up enabling Morleaux to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Mamed Becker has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Becker closes the distance and pushes Morleaux back into the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Morleaux moves into range and clinches up with Becker. Morleaux looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Becker tries to break the clinch but Morleaux is controlling the position. Morleaux tries for a takedown but Becker manages to get underhooks.

No luck for Morleaux with that takedown attempt. Becker throws a combination that misses and Morleaux connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Left hook, right uppercut from Morleaux. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Becker swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Morleaux counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Becker down! Morleaux is looking to finish but Becker is intelligently defending himself.
Becker is rocked! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Becker keeping moving, preventing Morleaux from controlling successfully. Morleaux passes Becker's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Becker is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morleaux trying to pass the guard but Becker defending well. Morleaux stalling. Becker is in trouble now - Morleaux has advanced to mount!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Morleaux landing strikes, looking to finish! Morleaux with good strikes from the mount here! Morleaux takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Becker is bucking up trying to escape but Morleaux cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Morleaux controlling from mount. Morleaux landing strikes from the mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Morleaux takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Morleaux seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Becker for as long as he can get away with. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dexter Morleaux overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Becker wants to hold on but Morleaux pushes him away. Becker takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Morleaux content just to control the position here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morleaux in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Dexter Morleaux just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Becker throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Morleaux counters with a nice body shot. Dexter Morleaux is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nice cross by Morleaux. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Morleaux closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Morleaux has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Morleaux is trying to break the clinch but Becker is controlling him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morleaux scores with an uppercut up the middle. Morleaux drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Becker gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Morleaux lands a nice shot that snaps Becker's head back.
That has opened up Mamed Becker's cut even more. Becker throws a left and a right that both miss
and Morleaux counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Morleaux not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Mamed Becker has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Becker can't keep his opponent in guard - Morleaux advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Morleaux is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Becker can do to turn this around? This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Morleaux performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
