And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Luis Engracia and Felipe Paraventi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hytthu misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Hytthu closes this distance looking for a takedown but Marvin circles away.

Hytthu shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Marvin is trying to stand.

Hytthu is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Marvin kicks Hytthu off and gets back to his feet.
Hytthu shoots for a double leg takedown but Marvin sprawls well. He's pushed Hytthu's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Starvin Marvin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Count Hytthu.
Marvin misses with a body shot.
Marvin throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

It looks like Count Hytthu has been cut.
Marvin tries a head kick but it misses.

Hytthu closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hytthu lands in his opponent's guard.

Hytthu is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Marvin is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Marvin has escaped and now he's on top!
Hytthu looks gassed!
Hytthu wants to stand up but Marvin is controlling him.
Marvin is looking to stand up but Hytthu won't let him.

Hytthu wants to get back to his feet but Marvin is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Marvin trying to stand up but can't free himself from Hytthu's guard.
Marvin won't allow Hytthu to get back to his feet.
Marvin wanted to stand there but Hytthu had control of the position.

Marvin gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Hytthu misses with a head kick.
Hytthu lands with a slapping head kick.
Marvin stuffs the takedown.
Hytthu shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hytthu tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Marvin swivels and escapes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Starvin Marvin will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Count Hytthu's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

A head kick from Marvin lands but Hytthu takes it in his stride.
Marvin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nice sprawl there from Marvin as Hytthu shoots in.
Marvin leaves Hytthu with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Hytthu throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Marvin was covering up waiting for the punch and Hytthu finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Marvin has his feet on Hytthu's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Hytthu shoots in but Marvin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Starvin Marvin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Count Hytthu.
Marvin connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Count Hytthu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hytthu is breathing heavily.
Marvin fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hytthu looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hytthu takes a kick to the side of the head.
Starvin Marvin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Marvin throws a sloppy head kick and Hytthu moves out of range easily.

letting Marvin counter with a right hand.

That has opened up Count Hytthu's cut even more.
Marvin wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Marvin lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Marvin connects with a jab.

Hytthu is rocked!
Hytthu looks up at the clock. Bad move! Marvin lands a right hand from hell, dropping Hytthu. Marvin pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
