Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Macdonald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Silvestry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silvestry has chosen Street Fighter as his entrance music. Macdonald has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Andrew Macdonald has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Damien Edna and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silvestry gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Macdonald looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Silvestry lands a hook that snaps the head of Macdonald backwards.
Macdonald is pressed up against the cage. Silvestry has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Macdonald down to the mat. Macdonald avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Silvestry rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Macdonald moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Silvestry shoots in but no luck this time.
Silvestry changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Macdonald tries to avoid it but Silvestry manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Macdonald to the ground. Macdonald escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
