Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rubao Valadares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Mojo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Rubao Valadares! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Kyle Mojo! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Chris Edwards and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mojo shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Valadares is trying to defend but Mojo finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Valadares wants to get back to full guard. Valadares is looking to control Mojo's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Valadares avoid being mounted? The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Valadares won't allow Mojo to pass to mount. Mojo looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Mojo seems to be working for a kimura but Valadares defends the submission attempt. Mojo is trying to work for a kimura but Valadares is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mojo not landing any meaningful shots this time. Ground and pound from Mojo. Mojo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Valadares knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mojo on the ground. Mojo trying to pass the guard but Valadares defending well. Mojo not landing any meaningful shots this time. Valadares is trying to stand back up but Mojo is controlling him
Mojo is looking to stall here but Valadares recovers full guard. Mojo drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Valadares dives on top into guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Valadares wants to stand but Mojo has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Mojo manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Mojo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Valadares working to try and regain half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mojo looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Mojo looking for a guillotine from mount but Valadares is having none of it. Mojo looks gassed!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mojo punching from mount but Valadares doing a good job of avoiding damage. Mojo goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Valadares is on top in guard.
Valadares trying to control the position from guard on top but Mojo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mojo had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Valadares defends it easily. Valadares trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Mojo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Valadares doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Valadares manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Mojo looking for a guillotine here but Valadares defends easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Mojo throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Valadares connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Mojo! He's out on his feet! Valadares rushes in and drops Mojo with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Rubao Valadares!
