Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Daley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Aleksander Bojarsky! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Atkins and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Daley tries to clinch up. Bojarsky feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Daley being controlled here, momentarily. Bojarsky won't allow Daley to get back to his feet. Daley keeping moving, preventing Bojarsky from controlling successfully. Bojarsky drops back looking for a leg! Daley is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Daley manages to kick Bojarsky off! Bojarsky jumps back into Daley's guard. Bojarsky stops Daley from standing up.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Bojarsky shoots in looking for a takedown. Daley tries to sprawl out of it but Bojarsky keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Daley manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Bojarsky looks gassed! Bojarsky fails with a takedown attempt. Daley misses with the combination.
Daley lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bojarsky circles away quickly and effectively. Daley tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Bojarsky tries to score a power double leg takedown but Daley sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bojarsky somewhat. Paul Daley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aleksander Bojarsky. Daley moves in looking to clinch but Bojarsky pushes him off. Daley looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Daley fails in his attempt to clinch. Bojarsky changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Daley tries to avoid it but Bojarsky manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Daley to the ground. Daley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Bojarsky shoots in and drives through. Daley sprawls well. Daley tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Daley rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bojarsky moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Daley throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Daley darts in and clinches Bojarsky up against the cage. Daley misses with the head strike.
Daley is trying to break free. Daley prevents the takedown attempt.
Bojarsky blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Bojarsky. A short right hand to the side of the head by Daley. Bojarsky blocking some punches.
Daley swings wildly with an uppercut but Bojarsky uses good head movement to avoid it. Daley prevents a takedown attempt there.
Daley lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Bojarsky blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Bojarsky can't get the takedown.

Daley lands with a right to the head. Bojarsky works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Bojarsky drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Bojarsky seems to have locked his on tight now - Daley screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Bojarsky, as he picks up the win!
