Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chunk Dirty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Majid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dirty has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dirty connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
It looks like Sam Majid has been cut.
Majid lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Majid dives in and grabs Dirty's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dirty pushes down on Majid's head and hops out.
Dirty throws a shot from downtown. Majid moves away and avoids it.
Majid throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Dirty swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Dirty lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Majid at a distance.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A nice left hand lands by Dirty.
Majid is rocked!
Dirty creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Majid with a big uppercut! Majid tries to clinch up but Dirty pushes him back against the cage and lands another moster strike that crumples Majid to the mat! Majid covers up and Dirty unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Chunk Dirty!
