The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
jones slaps away a takedown attempt from Cordoza, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Cordoza circles away from the clinch attempt.
Cordoza avoids a punch combination nicely.
jones throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and jones counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! jones looks at the referee who does nothing so jones lands a crushing right that sends Cordoza to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
